The company regularly partners with an array of area initiatives, such as Passport DC and the Ambassador’s Ball, and hosts events such as the annual Embassy Golf Tournament.

New Lev Parnas Documents Suggest U.S. Ambassador Was Under Surveillance In Ukraine

"In those texts, Lev Parnas and an associate named Robert F. Hyde, a retired Marine who is running for Congress as a Republican in Connecticut, criticize Yovanovitch, who was still a U.S. ambassador at the time.

"Wow. Can't believe Trumo [sic] hasn't fired this bitch. I'll get right in that," Hyde wrote in an encrypted message to Parnas. He added, "She under heavy protection outside Kiev."....

Hyde said Yovanovitch had turned off her phone and computer, and that his associates in Ukraine would give updates on the ambassador's movements. He added, "They are willing to help if we/you would like a price... Guess you can do anything in the Ukraine with money ... what I was told."

"Lol," Parnas replied."

Families and children traveled the world on Oct. 14 at the second annual Culturfied International Children’s Festival, a popular multicultural event enjoyed by more than 5,000 attendees. This colorful festival, held on “Indigenous People’s Day” in the nation’s capital at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center (RRB/ITC), showcased some 30 countries highlighting their vibrant attire, arts and crafts, special games and food tastings. In addition, there were animated performances throughout the afternoon and a Global Children’s Fashion Show in which children wore bright multicolored outfits from countries around the world.

“D.C. has a unique and amazing international diplomatic community, and we were thrilled they were willing to share their culture with the world,” said Mele Melton, president and founder of Culturfied Foundation. “Having events like this one is important to ensure children appreciate the diversity of our world and experience the beauty of cultures that are different from their own.”

“This is a truly unique experience,” said Andrew Gelfuso of Trade Center Management Associates, which runs the Ronald Reagan Building. “I’d like to share a quote: ‘We don't inherit the Earth from our ancestors. We borrow it from our children.’”

Embassies that participated included Afghanistan, the African Union, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Ghana, Haiti, India, Italy, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Nepal, Nigeria, Paraguay, Qatar, Rwanda and Saudi Arabia, with performances from Mongolia, Greece, Indonesia, Peru and Sri Lanka.
