You can not pour from a vessel that has a slow leak you’ve been ignoring.

Those of us who are here to serve transformation must stop extracting from our own bodies and souls.

We are here to serve ourselves first so we are full, replenished, well-nourished.
This is not a “that would be nice” = it’s literally foundational.

This has been my journey over 30 years.

And I’ve learned: the more I carry + the deeper I serve, the more I must tend to fullness in my own life and work.

And I’m a Ta**us (sun, moon and rising): I literally begin to get sick - heart sick, soul sick, body sick - the minute I begin extracting from my self to “give.”

This has required me to get radically honest with myself: What gifts - and wounds - DO I carry?
How do I follow my soul’s template and offer my medicine without sacrificing my own life force?

My energy, my gifts, my medicine has often felt overwhelming - which I realize was 2 things:

1) The containers I was taught to serve in were too small.
2) I was afraid of the energy I carried - I was not trained to hold it well.

My own journey has taught me how to do my work in a REGENERATIVE way (meaning what fuels me is literally nourishment for my clients and my “giving” is also what I get to receive):

🌳Cultivating containers that allow my magic to thrive without shrinking.
🌺Cultivating and strengthening and expanding my own energetic system to allow my gifts to flourish.
☀️Deepening my skill so that it serves my gifts and my clients vs the other way around

The truth is: We can not take others anywhere we have not yet been willing to enter.

If you serve feminine aliveness, you must be a living breathing example of that aliveness.

REMEMBRANCE is where I take gifted women - who are here to be in service - into exactly this.
Being the woman who can hold what you’re called to carry; and allowing your magic to flourish.

The internet is full of women talking about the Divine Feminine & reclaiming our feminine power - all of these really fcking important things; and YET…and I say this because I’ve been caught in this snare myself…doing it in such a way that is literally counter to feminine energetics.

Insta marketing is designed to have us focus on GETTING.
GET attention.
GET buyers.
GET clients.
GET GET GET.

Be the shiniest!
Perfect the words!
Make sure the pictures & images & caption & music are just so to GET (attention, a sale, a like?).

And here’s what I’ve noticed:
Every single time I feel the pull of that, every single time I try to “make it GOOD and just RIGHT” so I can GET anything at all, an essential part of me SHRINKS.

GETTING is NOT the energetic of the mature feminine when she is aligned, in her rightness.
She does not chase or shrink to GET anything at all.

(Side note: I used to date this way: Look just right to GET him to like you; do the thing to GET his approval. Yuck. And no more)

Here’s the conundrum many women face in this marketing world that has commodified our gifts:

We hate it BUT we feel like we “have to” if we are to have an online business (and let’s face it, businesses rely on clients and yes, money, and yes, selling, to stay alive)?

The mature feminine, and the Divine Feminine working through us, is coded to GIVE.
But NOT the martyr-like over-giving we’ve been socialized into.
GIVING from overflow. Giving from abundance.
Giving her love, her wisdom, her joy, her gifts that naturally flow through her from a place of juicy and alive fullness.

So HOW do we get “full” if we are not trying to GET?
How do we get FULL if we are not playing the algorithm game of getting attention?
How do we get full if we are not “marketing” the just-right way?
How do we get full if we don’t make viral carousels and quote tiles (frankly I hope to never make another canva-carousel again).

I have some ideas.

How is it that months come and days go by, and we find ourselves yet again at a new threshold, wondering: 

Now what? 
And now where? 
And now who am I? 

I remember September of years ago, another threshold.

An open doorway that felt closed, not knowing how to walk through, how to let go of a past I didn’t want and a future I fantasized about, but didn’t know how to create. 

I wanted then like I do now, to know myself fully, 
To feel all of me.
To bring the full throttle of my essence into my days, my nights, my life. 

And today I stand at the edge of another September, at another open doorway leading into the next unknown, only this time I say YES. 

Yes take me September. 
Love me September
Wash over me September. 
Do what you must with me September. 

I know now what I didn’t know then and that is this: 

Life will have her way with me. 
I am simply her devoted servant. 

Take me September and show me the way.

This is for the woman who knows.
You’ve known for a long time - NOT suspected, not wondered.
KNOWN.
Underneath the career and the work and the life that looks like more than enough, there’s been this pulse of longing for a depth that most people can’t name.

We want it to feel safer to be who we are…and so we wait…to feel ready…for when it won’t feel so…risky to claim all that depth and magic; to do it differently than we learned.

What thirty years of sitting with women in the real depths has taught me: this part of us arrives when we claim her. Fully.
The net appears after the leap. And yes, it arrives as a result of it, every single time and not one moment sooner.

I’ve worked with women for 30 years.
And the most heartbreaking thing for me is- as a practitioner - is to see gifted women withhold the fullness of their magic because of fear, self-doubt or lack of confidence.

One of my favorite quotes is “God doesn’t call the qualified - He qualifies the called.”

If you are called, it’s your responsibility to say yes.

I’m here to walk with you every step of the way - to turn the gifts you carry into the depth of transformation you know you’re here to serve.

It’s time to have a collective conversation about the witch wound and the archetype of the witch.
I found a teaching I did from 2 years ago and it’s time to reignite this conversation about the witch archetype and the wound women carry.
The witch wound is real.
It lives in some of the most gifted women; and - until it’s properly alchemized - it can get hidden and numbed OR even used irresponsibly.

A hill I will die on:

True transformation happens when we have BOTH - magic & skill.
