Would you eat this Classic Sausage Breakfast

Ingredients:

4 sausage links (or 2 sausage patties)
4 large eggs
1 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Hot sauce (optional)
Directions:

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until they begin to soften and brown, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until veggies are tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook sausage links (or patties) over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Add the remaining olive oil or butter to the skillet and crack eggs directly into the pan. Cook to your preference (sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled).
Serve sausage alongside the eggs and veggie-potato mix. Garnish with fresh parsley and add hot sauce if desired.

Would you eat this Nacho Fries ?

Ingredients:

1 lb frozen French fries (or homemade fries)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or nacho cheese sauce)
1/2 cup cooked ground beef (optional)
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp taco seasoning (optional, for added flavor)
Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake French fries according to package instructions until crispy and golden. If using homemade fries, bake or fry until crisp.
While the fries are baking, warm the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring in taco seasoning if desired.
Once the fries are done, arrange them on an oven-safe platter. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese (or drizzle with nacho cheese sauce) over the fries and return to the oven for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Top the cheesy fries with cooked ground beef, jalapeños, diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro if desired.
Serve immediately for a delicious, shareable snack.
