You ever walk into a fitting room feeling good… only to leave questioning everything? That was me after trying on what felt like a hundred pairs of jeans.
The truth is, not every body fits the “standard” denim mold. Some of us are tall with short torsos. Some have no hips or a tiny butt. And it can feel like the racks weren’t made with us in mind.
It’s not about chasing a perfect fit, it’s about not wanting to feel invisible when we shop.

Have you ever turned to AI when you were feeling overwhelmed?

I do too. Sometimes a chatbot feels easier to talk to than a real person. No judgment. No pressure. Just presence on demand.

But here’s the thing;

Healing needs more than answers.

It needs attunement. Co-regulation. The kind only a real human can offer.

Use the tools. But don’t forget:
