What is oozing out of our foundation?
Noticed this grey goo coming out of our foundation. We recently had a seismic retrofit completed but there was no mention of any sealant or filler being used, just structural reinforcement and insulation. All work was done inside the basement and this is showing up outside.

Found this growing out of the side of a corn stalk
It’s about the size of a softball. I did not touch it so I’m not sure about the texture or anything. It’s the only one that I can see, but it’s not my corn field so I didn’t go exploring for more. I’m like 85% sure it’s not freaktacular corn, so what is it?

Found this under an artificial lake in Italy. What is it?
I found this underwater on the banks of an artificial lake in Italy. It has a slit on the top 'plate' and a small metal bracket.

My first thought was that it was used for burning stick incense, but the sticks are too thin to be held in the slit.

For context, when the lake was filled in the 1950s, some villages were submerged.

Father of foster child sent this photo and then a screen shot of an fbi badge image he must have found on google. His kid hasn’t wanted to talk to him so I’ve been largely ignoring his messages. He hasn’t said anything aggressive, but let’s just say he has a history. Curious if anyone can recognize the sign. Is it something innocent or concerning? I honestly don’t know. (I added the clown emoji to hide his identity).
