Another year, another set of goals. This past year has been a whirlwind – personally and professionally. I hit my health target and thought that meant things would get easier. I couldn’t have been more wrong. If anything, maintaining progress is more demanding than the weight loss itself.
I’m up around 7-8 pounds from last year, and I’m not quite sure if it’s muscle from the strength training I started 16 months ago or something else. My wife says it’s muscle, but who knows, right? Either way, I keep pushing forward because my health is improving at the end of the day, and that’s what I set out to achieve.
Yes, it’s hard. But we keep moving forward because that’s the only direction to go. Let’s see what the next year holds. 👊💪
