I saw a video by Bon Appetite on making roast chick in 45 minutes, so I decided to make it.

Ingredients used:
Seasoning salt
Lemon cut in half put in both sides of the bird.
Garlic cut in half place on top and bottom of bird.
Pepper
1/2 stick of melted butter to pour over bird after you have seasoned.

pre-heat oven to 425.
Cut by the legs in both sides.
They say roast for 45 minutes. The third photo is at their suggested time. Clearly not done.Mine took closer to 75 minutes.
The chicken was moist and delicious, but I don't think the placements of the lemon and garlic added to the flavor as much.as I would have liked.
