🇹🇷 Turkish lunch under the bridge! 📍Cafe Turko, in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.
✨ I’ve been meaning to try this place for years and it did not disappoint! 🥙 Got their rainbow hummus, falafel salad and plate of pickles (MUST GET!)
If you’re visiting, definitely check out the Fremont area! Lots of good restaurants and bars and there’s also a nice walkway along the water where you can watch the boats go by ⛵️ ☀️ also stop by Gasworks park for one of the best views of the city!

We ordered the pickled vegetables, smoked clam tostada (this was one of my favorite dishes), roasted cauliflower tikka Masala, and the gnocchi with foraged mushrooms (this was so amazing we ordered 2 😂). Everything was 💯 👏🏻

Had a FEAST at Rasai, a new modern Indian spot in📍Fremont, Seattle and omg…

✨My top 2 dishes were the Jackfruit Bao (so soft and I’d go back just to get these again), and the Ghee Roasted Cauliflower with green papaya, peanut & chili which was perfectly crunchy.
The Jalpari tartare (hamachi), and date bread putting with homemade chai ice cream was also so delicious. Their mocktails were also 💯(the pink one is the Afza Party and yellow one is the Golden Sunrise with turmeric)

✨favorites were the Bò lá lốt - (Grilled Beef in Betel Leaves), Ma La Braised Beef Cheek Noodle, and bao.
