I am literally SOBBING right now 😭😭 We were on an evening game drive near Ngorongoro and our guide stopped at this waterhole because he spotted a baby zebra stuck in the mud. It was sinking and couldn't get out and the herd was just standing there watching. We thought that was it. Then this elephant just WALKED OVER from nowhere and wrapped its trunk around the baby and PULLED IT OUT like it was nothing. The foal just stood there shaking and the elephant looked at it for a second and then walked away. I can't even explain what it felt like watching this in person. My hands were shaking so bad I almost dropped my phone. Animals are so much more than we give them credit for. This changed something in me for real. 🐘🦓

I am literally on the floor right now SHAKING 😭😭😭 We closed on this house two hours ago. TWO HOURS. It's a 1920s fixer-upper, everything is rough, the carpet was disgusting, we were going to rip it all out anyway. My husband grabbed a screwdriver and started pulling up the carpet by the front door just to see what the subfloor looked like and I started recording just in case it was hardwood. Y'ALL. IT IS NOT HARDWOOD. It's MARBLE. White marble with GOLD inlay like something out of a palace. We both just sat there staring at it. The previous owners covered THIS with grey s**g carpet. I cannot. We haven't even checked the rest of the house yet I'm scared of what else they covered up. This house was $87k. EIGHTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I am going to pass out. 🤍
