Most of the politicians Raila Odinga mentored in Luo Nyanza currently reason weirdly.They are slowly sinking the William Samoei Ruto boat. I hope Ruto could wake up and smell the blend of Kenyan and Brazilian coffee. They will never help the incumbent get re-elected. The likes of Governor Gladys Wanga, Governor Ayako, CS Hon John Mbadi Ng'ongo, Hon George Peter Kaluma, Hon. Junet Mohamed, Opiyo Wandayi, are emptying Ruto's cash pockets but wont help the President in the 2027 odyssey. I wish the Kenyan CEO will plant his seeds on fertile grounds instead of doing it on rocks. Besides, CS's like Hassan Joho, and Oparanya from Coast and Western respectively are people who can't be relied upon after losing goodwill from their ground bases. REMEMBER: In 2022, about 700,000 voters in Luo Nyanza stayed away even when Raila Odinga was on the ballot for the fifth time. ODM had governors, senators, MPs and MCAs, yet polling centres were half-empty by midday. If Luo Nyanza could not turn out for its own, why would it wake at dawn for William Ruto because Oburu Oginga or Gladys Wanga said so?Raila is now gone. Almost a year since his demise, the ODM map has shrunk. The current ODM led by Oburu has lost Luhyaland, Nairobi, Gusiiland and the Coast. In Gusiiland, voters who once loved ODM see no reason to follow Oburu. Onyonka, Omogeni and Kibagendi have tilted to Linda Mwananchi. In Luhyaland and Nairobi, the ground has shifted to Senator Edwin Sifuna, Governors James Orengo and George Natembeya, and MP Babu Owino.
