Archive dives always bring out the quiet treasures ✨

Clients often ask which part of the wedding day is my favorite. While every moment holds its own beauty, bridal portraits have a timelessness I can’t resist.

There’s an undeniable radiance in those quiet minutes, the anticipation, the elegance, the way it all begins to sink in. It’s a softness and strength that photographs like nothing else.

I loved how this set of photographs captures the subtle variations in light streaming through the window, enhancing the moment with the ambience of the manor house.

Keeping our road trip traditions alive ✨ 🗺️

We’re Boston-bound, another stop in our endless pursuit of history and discovery. Every time we pack up for a new adventure, I can’t help but think back on all the places our homeschool journey has taken us. Sweet reminders that inspiration lives in everyday moments…the light, the laughter, the stories waiting to be seen.

Even as I “drag” my kids along for another historical detour, I know these memories shape how we see the world and how it influences how I tell stories through my lens.

We’re so excited (but maybe I’m most excited haha). Here’s to learning, exploring, and finding beauty in the journey. 🤍

I’m constantly in awe of the artists I work alongside in this industry, creatives who pour their hearts into making wedding dreams tangible, stitch by stitch, bloom by bloom.

When Sofia shared how closely she collaborated with and to bring her custom gown to life, I knew it would be extraordinary. She kept saying how she felt like Belle, and she truly was a real-life princess, full of grace and wonder.

From the hand-drawn sketch to the delicate appliqué, every detail told a story of love, craftsmanship, and a dream come true.

This moment was one of many magical details during Sofia and Owen’s elegant wedding at the St. Regis in DC. ✨
