Week 3: Reclaim My Voice 🎙️✨
June 15–21

This week’s reset is about more than routines.
It’s about confidence, visibility, and boundaries.

For a long time, many of us have held back our thoughts, made ourselves smaller, stayed quiet to keep the peace, or waited until everything felt “perfect” before showing up.

But this week?
We’re doing it differently.

We’re reclaiming our voice by:

✨ posting one thought, even if it’s imperfect
✨ saying no to one draining thing
✨ sharing one lesson from May
✨ recording one talking reel
✨ writing a “Dear Me” journal entry

This week’s focus is simple:
speak up, show up, and stop shrinking.

You do not have to be fully healed to be visible.
You do not have to be perfect to use your voice.
You do not have to explain every boundary you set.

This is your reminder that your voice matters too. 💕

Wellness Wednesday check-in 💧

Let me be honest… water is BORING to me sometimes.
I know I need it. I know my body feels better when I drink enough. I know it helps with energy, skin, digestion, cravings, and just feeling less blah.

But actually reaching my water intake goal? That takes intention.

So I’m trying to make it easier with little habits like:
✨ adding lemon, fruit, or electrolytes
✨ using a cute water bottle
✨ sipping before coffee
✨ setting small goals instead of trying to chug all day
✨ reminding myself that wellness doesn’t have to be perfect to count

Week 2: Rebuild the Routine

May may have thrown me off, but June is where I stop waiting to “feel ready” and start rebuilding with structure.

Not pressure.
Not perfection.
Not a 20-step routine I already know I won’t keep.

Just simple habits I can actually repeat:

Water before coffee.
Movement for my body.
Protein to fuel me.
A 15-minute reset when life starts feeling loud.
Planning tomorrow before I go to bed.

This week is about rebuilding trust with myself one small choice at a time.

Because soft discipline is still discipline.
And I don’t need to do everything.
I need to do the right things consistently.

May humbled me.
Not gonna lie.

It showed me where I was overwhelmed, where I was inconsistent, where I kept abandoning my own rhythm, and where I needed more structure instead of more pressure.

So June is not about pretending I have it all together.

June is about resetting.

Resetting my mind.
Resetting my habits.
Resetting my wellness.
Resetting my content.
Resetting how I show up for myself.

This month, I’m choosing soft discipline, honest reflection, faith, wellness, and structure that actually fits my real life.

I’m not starting over from shame.
I’m starting over from clarity.

Not “cute little inconvenience” rough.
More like mentally crowded, emotionally heavy, and hard to stay consistent rough.

But I’m not dragging that same energy into June.

So I’m doing a June HER Reset Challenge — 30 days of rebuilding my rhythm, getting honest with myself, showing back up, and reconnecting with the woman I’m becoming.

This reset is not about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It’s about soft discipline.
It’s about choosing myself again without shame.

For the next 30 days, I’ll be focusing on:

✨ real-life reset
✨ soft discipline
✨ becoming HER
✨ wellness in progress
✨ creative CEO energy
✨ unfiltered conversations
