NPR's Steve Inskeep tweets that a postal union official confirms that postal sorting machines are being removed from her region. Instead of mailing your ballot, consider finding one of these in your area and use it!

Drop boxes have been used in some states for years, and their use is expanding as more voters cast absentee ballots. But the Trump campaign and some Republicans say they're not secure enough.
