Do you know Beaujolais Nouveau?
Multi-Media Works, LLC was on assignment last night to produce photographs for this 13th annual grand celebration fundraiser for the Northwood Shores Neighborhood Association. Featuring French wines at the superyacht Safe Harbor/Rybovich Marina in West Palm Beach owned by Wayne Huizenga Jr.

Magnificent yachts served as backdrop to spectacular boatloads of sushi and sashimi along with other delicious appetizers to accompany the French wines and silent auction fundraiser on a sparkling “that’s why we are in Florida” evening. The evening was hosted by the yacht marina and volunteers from the neighborhood association. Check out the photo album below.

NEW MEMBER OF THE DELRAY BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
In the spirit at The Delray Beach Chamber’s “Orange You Glad You Came” 4th Annual Summer Soirée…Multi-Media Works, LLC joined the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce last month.

We look forward to enjoying a partnership with the Chamber and local businesses right in the city where one of our offices is located. Meanwhile, we remain long-time Trustee members of the Pompano Beach Chamber and a member of the Gold Coast PR Council.

Are you aware of all the achievements in Broward County this past year, especially in Pompano Beach? Hon. Mayor of Broward County, Beam Furr, was the fascinating speaker Thursday at the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and Trustee Luncheon held at Oceanic at the Pier restaurant.

Mayor Furr reviewed some accomplishments in the county, especially in addressing climate and sea level challenges that other cities and countries are wanting to replicate. He was especially impressed by the achievements and transformations in Pompano Beach as he reviewed County objectives during his year-long term.

Shining Stars Celebrated in Broward County

It was a night of awards and recognition last week for Broward’s best at the annual Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Shining Stars/Leadership North Broward Commencement 2025. Graduates of the impressive community program often become the next generation of leaders in Pompano Beach and beyond.

The Chamber’s warm and friendly awards night held at Soundpost included special recognition to leaders in a variety of fields: insurance, financial, construction, city government, nonprofits to name a few. Capturing Your Meaningful Work with Videos
“Work is love made visible.” --Kahil Gibran

Do you have a deep personal investment in your work and a desire to see it come to fruition? That’s the meaning of Gibran’s statement. It suggests that the act of working-- a job, a craft, any form of labor—can be an expression of love and care. When we put effort into our work, we often channel our passions, values and dedication into it. Meaningful work provides not just a livelihood, but fulfillment and a sense of purpose.

We capture that sense of purpose in business story telling videos. Last month we produced an example of a passion for meaningful work with a series of videos about Woodhouse in Pompano Beach. You will appreciate in this series what a remarkable commitment looks like. The Woodhouse staff finds meaning, like a calling, in caring for each disabled resident. Happy 5786! Wishing all a sweet new year from Multi-Media Works, LLC

Rosh Hashanah is the start of the Jewish New Year (AM 5786), a time for reflection and repentance. The High Holy Days begin with the sound of a shofar (ram's horn). Blowing it in four sounds symbolizes a spiritual wake-up call of the Jewish people. Eating apples dipped in honey symbolizes a sweet new year and the greeting, "Shanah Tovah" (a good year).

Rosh Hashanah also marks the start of the Days of Awe, a 10-day period of self-examination leading up to Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, when judgments are sealed for the new year and the shofar is blown one last time.
