FedEx launched a Shopify app that lets merchants offer customers a duty and tax guarantee. Called FedEx Duty and Tax, the app is aimed at preventing surprise import costs.

FedEx Duty and Tax, part of the carrier's new suite of global shipping tools, provides a cost guarantee at checkout and covers any overages to that amount.
