A decade ago, Retail Across America wrapped after 45,000 miles on the road.

16 states.
68 cities.
250 retailers.
A lot of storefronts, stockrooms, shop floors, and people who made retail feel personal, local, and alive.

Looking back now, what stands out is how little the human part has aged.

People connect to retail in ways that are bigger than the thing they came in to buy. It’s a first job. A family business. A favorite shop. A familiar face behind the counter. A place that becomes part of the neighborhood.

That’s why the campaign still holds up. The stories were real, and they were captured with the texture, movement, and detail that let each place feel like itself.

A decade later, that still matters.
Retail is everything.

Big-brand content doesn’t start with a big-brand budget.

It starts with a sharper message, a smarter production plan, and a creative team that knows where the dollars should go.

That’s where LAI Video comes in.

Outside expertise shouldn’t cost more.
It should deliver more.

A good recruitment video should answer the question candidates are already asking:

Could I see myself here?

For Amazon’s Best Fit Job Match campaign, we heard from real engineers about interviews, belonging, growth, and what it feels like to build with a team that wants you to get better.

Not a hiring slogan.

A clearer look at the room you’re walking into.

We didn’t just film the convention. We built the TV station for it.

For NMA TV, our team created a full on-site broadcast setup inside a massive live event, capturing interviews, show moments, updates, and the kind of content that helps an event live far beyond the room.

The station streamed online and fed screens across other locations throughout the convention, turning one production hub into a live content engine for attendees everywhere.

A good event has moments worth remembering.
A great event has a system built to capture, share, and extend them.

Who’s got your back when college gets real?
For first-generation college students, support can’t stop at the acceptance letter.

For this DCPS Persists microdoc, we filmed students before and after they started college, then watched them navigate that transition in real time with the coaches helping them through it.

The pressure.

The questions.

The first hard stretch.

The people making sure they weren’t doing it alone.

For universities, school systems, and education nonprofits, that’s what documentary work can capture better than a standard promo: the relationship behind the result.

Swipe through for a few moments from the project.

Podcast recordings aren’t just audio anymore.

For RAINN’s Congressional Day of Action prep event, LAI Video captured a live five-person podcast conversation with every audio feed monitored and adjusted in real time.

Because when a conversation happens in a room like this, the recording is only one part of what matters.

It’s the full room.
The reactions.
The behind-the-scenes moments.
The short clips.
The speaker takeaways.
The social cutdowns.
The content you’ll want later, but can only use if it was captured in the first place.

That’s why we approach podcast production like event production: every part of the moment captured cleanly from the start.
