The 26th Edition of the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs is now available via Project MUSE.
“Global Gaps” is our 26th print edition and Summer 2025 issues, examining the widening disconnects that define our current moment. As social, economic, technological, and geopolitical systems evolve, they do so unevenly, revealing fractures in global governance, knowledge production, and institutional frameworks.
These gaps are not only material or spatial; they extend into the normative and epistemological realms, shaping who has power, whose voices are heard, and whose futures are secured. This issue interrogates the consequences of these structural mismatches and explores potential architectures for bridging them in pursuit of a more inclusive and coherent global order.
