Why it works: everything's already measurable. Visits, time on page, clicks, conversion rates. The data loop already exists.

Start with copywriting only. Not colors, not images, not layout. Let the AI agent rewrite copy, measure results, and iterate.

The key: give the agent the conversion data as its feedback loop. It has everything it needs to keep improving without you checking in.

Step 1: Use Claude's memory import tool at claude.com/import-memory. It pulls your ChatGPT context over in minutes.

Step 2: Ask ChatGPT to write a detailed biography of everything it knows about you. Have it ask clarifying questions. Edit the result, then paste it into Claude's memory.

Step 3: Move your custom GPTs into Claude projects. Copy the instructions, upload the files.

Paste this at the end of your prompt: "Before answering, ask me 3 clarifying questions to make sure you understand."

Without it, you get the same bland advice everyone else gets. With it, ChatGPT asks about your budget, audience, goals, and business. The output becomes specific to YOU.

Advanced version: "Ask me questions one at a time until you're 95% confident you help." Now it interviews you and the final answer is 10x better.

Anthropic vs Pentagon AI feud explained in 90 seconds.

Anthropic's been working with the Pentagon on military and cyber ops for a while. But they drew the line on 2 things: mass domestic surveillance and autonomous AI weapons.

The Pentagon's response? 3 threats.
1. Cancel their $100M+ contract
2. Label Anthropic a "supply chain risk" (normally reserved for foreign adversaries)
3. Invoke the Defense Production Act to force compliance

Anthropic didn't back down. So OpenAI stepped in and took the contract instead.

Now ChatGPT will be used for mass domestic surveillance and autonomous weaponry. And the movement is picking up steam.

Anthropic isn't anti-military. They're already deeply embedded in Pentagon operations. They're drawing a line on what AI isn't ready for.

AI money with small businesses... Hormozi's breakdown is the most practical take I've seen.

He's not talking about building apps or SaaS. He's talking about walking into a local business and showing them how to use AI on the problems they already have.

Level 1: Teach employees how to prompt ChatGPT. The difference between a bad prompt and a decent one is worth thousands in productivity.

Level 2: Build automations with Claude Code and n8n. Auto-reply to quote requests. Turn Google reviews into social posts. Process invoices. Analyze 100 competitors' Facebook ads for inspiration.

The business problems don't change. Lead gen, marketing, sales, delivery, support, reviews, social proof. It's the same funnel every business runs.

But the ones adopting AI faster than their competitors? They're going to run circles around everyone else. The value prop is clear.
