Academy of United States Veterans
Two years ago, Academy of United States Veterans gathered the community for a day of joy and giving. No matter what holiday you celebrate, we are sure you would agree that in 2020 we must make it our priority to bring joy to the homes of those who are not as fortunate as some of us.
Last week, during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, many of our supporters contributed to our Covid-19 Recovery Project so that we can provide financial assistance to our community. In the next three weeks as we approach another holiday seasons, we will continue to fund the essential needs of those less fortunate during these uncertain times. Some are truly finding themselves hopeless and at a dead-end.
Just the other day, Katie Katz, our director of public relations told me one of the families' caregivers was talking about suicide. We cannot let that happen. Not to her...not to anyone.
For every single person who gives $50 or more to our Covid-19 Recovery Project, your name will go up on the wall of honor at the 6th Annual Veterans Awards. The wall will be visible on the red carpet upon arrival.
For every $250 or more, we will host you in Las Vegas, for a two day weekend in Summer of 2021 to join our fellow veterans for an exclusive getaway (all Inclusive courtesy of Wynn Las Vegas and AUSV). All you have to do is fly there and we will do the rest.
Please donate at: https://www.ausvfoundation.org/recovery
