They FIRE you (or write you up) for posting something on TikTok, Instagram, insert social platform here... because you vented. Or went off. But it cost you. It happened to a TikToker this week and she was SHOCKED by it... So, what do you think? Should an employer be able to police what you post - or act on a screengrab someone sends 'em of you going off on a work situation... or no? Thoughts?
