[image description: Four movie posters
- The Pastman: A poster with a close-up of a black suitcase or briefcase in the middle of a road on a tree-lined street. Eight accolades for the film are presented at the top.
- I Want to Change the World: A poster with a close-up of a smiling young, blond, masculine-presenting person with glasses. Behind them, out of focus, is a British street and buildings.
- Getting Personal with Richard D. France: A screenshot of the movie. Two people on a long walkway next to a foggy waterfront. The person on the left is signing something. They are masculine-presenting, with light skin, a gray pullover hat, and a dark coat. The shorter person on the right is watching the person on the left. They are feminine-presenting, with olive skin and dark hair to their shoulders, wearing a dark parka.
- To Know Him: A poster showing a passenger on a train, framed by a U-shaped gap in the seats in front of the passenger. The passenger looks solemnly out of the window to their left. They are light-skinned and feminine-presenting, with light shoulder-length hair.]

Copper & Water and Angry Deaf People Productions partnered up to create "The Pastman" and we decided to document our experience and how the film came to be. We also realized the importance of showing hearing film festivals of accessibility throughout our process. Check out our experience in this short documentary created by MJ Kielbus and Charlie Ainsworth.

Here's the latest update regarding "The Pastman"-- our short film's very own Sandra Mae Frank won best actress in the film competition at the Festival Clin d'Oeil two weekends ago! This is Sandra's second best actress award, as she won the first one in the Shidff (Shanghai International Deaf Film Festival) last autumn.

We're extremely proud of the team that worked so hard to bring this story to life and we look forward to making more stories for everyone!

Many thanks to MJ Kielbus, Charlie Ainsworth of Angry Deaf People Productions, Russell Harvard and Sandra Mae Frank for their collaboration on this project.
