📚✨ Class Is In Session!

As the crisp mornings of fall roll in, our neighborhood is buzzing with excitement. Backpacks are packed, first-day outfits are picked, and our kids are heading back through the school doors—some for the very first time, and others for their final senior year.

We’re cheering on every student as they start this new chapter—may it be filled with growth, learning, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime. 💛

And it’s not just about the classroom! From the courts and fields to clubs and activities, our neighborhood kids are making us proud everywhere they go.

🐔✨ Pet of the Month: The Urban Family’s Feathered Friends!

When you think of pets, dogs and cats may come to mind… but in The Ranch Neighborhood, the Urban family is proving that chickens can steal hearts too!

Their colorful flock—complete with Easter Eggers, Olive Eggers, Copper Marans, a proud rooster named Gary, and more—has become a central part of their family’s daily life. From quirky personalities to rainbow-colored eggs, these “silly girls” bring joy, laughter, and plenty of memorable moments. (Yes, one even laid an egg in Mom’s lap!😂)

More than egg-layers, these chickens are true companions. Spoiled with snacks, adored by the kids, and always keeping things lively, they’ve transformed the Urban backyard into a place full of connection and fun.

🐾 Meet Tuuk, our Pet of the Month and the heart of The Ranch! 🐶✨

This seven-year-old Golden Retriever is known for his signature “happy feet” dance, biscuit-making moves, and big golden heart. Whether he’s hiking, splashing through creeks, or patiently waiting for snuggles, Tuuk brings joy, balance, and a whole lot of charm everywhere he goes.
He’s not just a loyal sidekick to his humans, Sam and Danika—he’s also become the unofficial Neighborhood Greeter and ambassador for love, laughter, and locally-sourced treats. 💛
If you see this handsome, hug-loving pup out on the trails, be sure to say hi—you might even score one of his famous kisses!
