Resident Recipe: Sweet Potato Soufflé by John Bell

This month’s Resident Recipe is the perfect mix of comfort and nostalgia — a Sweet Potato Soufflé that’s sure to steal the spotlight on your holiday table! 🧡

Here’s how to make it:
1️⃣ Peel, boil, and mash about 3 cups of sweet potatoes.
2️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
3️⃣ Mix in:
• ½ cup milk
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp orange extract
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 beaten eggs
4️⃣ Pour into a greased pan and bake for 35 minutes.
5️⃣ Top with mini marshmallows and broil until perfectly golden (but not on fire 🔥😉).
