We are looking for Supper Club Volunteers who can serve nutritious meals at least once-a-month for clients Monday - Wednesday! Our hot Supper Club is an important part of our services and helps clients know that they matter to our community. Supper CLub volunteers can be any community member who can prepare a meal for 20-25 individuals and is willing to sit down with clients at the big table in the cafe and encourage and listen to them in a “family meal” style setting. Did you know recycling is easy in the Mat-Su with our friends Valley Community for Recycling Solutions and Mid Valley Recycling?

Their main processing facility is on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway, and they also have convenient satellite drop-off stations in Talkeetna, Willow, Big Lake and Sutton.

Recycling at VCRS is no charge, but your $3 suggested donation or membership helps them keep our mission going strong.

New to recycling? Start small with just one material and expand from there.

They accept aluminum, plastic, paper, cardboard and more.
