Snapped me while we were at our town's Rib Feast~
Today was the last day of eating for the month. It's time to hit up the diet of Egg Whites, Almonds, Dates, Oats, Fish & Strawberry Lemonade~
Always try to consume 1gram of protein per pound of desired weight after a decent days muscle activation! Careful around too much carbohydrates because if you don't workout after consuming them it'll turn into stored fat which can be useful for long workout sessions but defeats the purpose of achieving weigh in goals.
