There is a new law that creates a whole new statute restricting wholesaling in Wisconsin. The penalties are steep. It also could be a huge windfall for realtors that know about this law. Feeling a whirlwind of emotions today, and wow, how things have changed from just 2 weeks ago. Back then, I was crunching numbers, trying to navigate my way through the competitive landscape of the building industry in this neighborhood I'm passionate about. But something didn't add up right—my pricing was off, and it was clear I was losing margin somewhere critical.

It's time for a pivot—a big one. And honestly, it's taking me straight out of my comfort zone. Who was I kidding, tiptoeing into this industry like I could stay in the shallow end forever? No, it's time to dive deep, embrace the discomfort. Yes, it's scary. Necessary, but absolutely terrifying.

I had to reach out to my coach, Patrick Precourtt. "Coach, I'm scared as hell. What if I fail? What if I mess up? What if I fall so hard I can't get back up?" His response? "What if you don’t do the uncomfortable and just keep doing what you’re doing now?" That hit me like a ton of bricks.

The picture attached? That’s the look on my face just one second after hanging up the phone—a lion, determined, ready to face whatever comes. Because it's not about avoiding the fall; it's about rising when we do. Here's to embracing the pivot, no matter how uncomfortable it feels. I am a f "ing" Titan , Hear Me Roar. 💪🦁
