Throwback shooting w/ Deepak Chopra

When filming any interview you always want to utilize what’s called a Three-point lighting setup. This entails:

1️⃣ Key light - The primary light source to establish the overall look and feel of the shot and illuminate the subject

2️⃣ Fill light - Positioned on the opposite side of the key light to help balance the rest of the subject with softer light

3️⃣ Hair light - Often aimed at or above the subject’s head to provide additional depth and separate them from the background
