Messy post.. quite literally. From OP:

“This is a warning about FELICIA COHRON. She rented a home from us and we totally regret ever meeting her. We gave her so much undeserving grace only because of her daughter. Once we followed through with eviction she begins spreading lies on social media and left us with her disgusting filth. I feel sorry for whoever she is renting from now.”

These are just a few that OP shared in a couple local groups, and said that the post made by the tenant (Felicia) back in April was made after they issued her a 3 day notice to vacate the property, and claims she has missed 14mths of rent payments in 2.5yrs.

Tons of comments about CPS needing to be contacted, if a child is residing in this home this is a serious matter. Let’s hope OP reaches out to the proper channels. Cause YUCKKKKK 🤢

Gurksy Veterinary Services, DVM Kevin Gursky whose license was recently suspended for 18 different violations and is now on a probationary suspension.

Felt the need to share this comment:

“My wife went to get our baby goat his first shot. Some young vet assistants told her it was too early which was wrong and then they charged her $80. I got my money back and on top of it there was this dead goat just laying in the parking lot there. Place was a nightmare and needed closed down!”

GURSKY VETERINARY AKA KEVIN GURSKY

Who remembers Mr Gursky and his affiliation with the now closed 5150 Farm & Ranch rescue, where he defended her dead rotting animals? Ole Heidi racked up over $10k in bills thru Dr Gursky that she never paid either, I wonder if he regrets supporting her now 🙊

• His veterinary license has been SUSPENDED, but he made a post to his FB page stating they will be open next week.. and then dirty deleted it.

• 18 violations in total

• No record of controlled substance logs for 2021-2023 (sedatives/euthanasia drugs)

• Issuing health certificates for livestock when he was not present, by sending his techs out instead of him going out to assess them himself.

• Multiple complaints of Dr Gursky not being available when stated and that lead to the loss of animal lives. The list goes on.

Me thinks Mr Gursky won’t operating much longer at this rate 😮‍💨
