Looking for an layout designer or anyone who does remodeling/contracting to give me an idea on a bathroom/laundry room combo in this space.

Iā€™m remodeling my gutted bathroom finally and want to put my washer and dryer and a space to fold laundry, a toilet, a walk in shower, and decent size vanity with cabinetry.

Tub is take it or leave it as Iā€™ll be doing a master bathroom next.

Washer and dryer are 27in wide.

Any help is much appreciated. Room is a blank slate.

To add: room is essentially gutted, plumbing can be moved wherever as itā€™s just free floating pex atm, drain can be moved as well and septic lines will be adjusted to where the toilet goes. Already spoke to the contract as I am replacing all of the plywood on the floor due to water damage.

Basically looking for layout ideas that make sense.

West Virginia gets so much hate and I'll never understand it.

We loaded up my Raptor and headed down toSeneca Rocks this weekends to do some fishing and camping.

Along the way we pulled up some overlanding trails on the onX app and found some tucked away trails with secluded camping and some of the most beautiful trails and national and state parks I've ever seen.

Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls and the Monongahela National Forest were absolutely incredible.

Failed mountain pies, campfire hot dogs, a few beers and some beautiful views.
Can't wait to get back down here and slam some trout.
