Going through all of these 👩🎓 milestones with Lily without my dad here has brought a whole new level of grief I never could have prepared for. He would’ve been at every event three hours early just to save seats for all of us, stealing extra programs for scrapbooks, cheering the loudest in the room. He was our steady rock and our soft place to land all wrapped into one, and feeling his absence during moments like these is just indescribable. ❤️
