Meet Ava “The Pink Dragon” Hemmer
At just 13, Ava has already carved her name into the martial arts world with fierce dedication, heart, and style. Inspired at age 7 by Kung Fu Panda, she transformed that spark into a Black Belt journey that’s now taking her across the nation.

From PROMAC National titles to NASKA World Top 10 finishes, and even two Point Fighter Live Power Rings, Ava’s competitive fire burns bright. But it’s her spirit off the mat—cheering the loudest for her teammates, running cross country, and dreaming of her own karate school—that makes her an athlete everyone looks up to. 🩷
