Day 2 of Ozark Mountain Nationals was Traditional day. 5 more events, 5 more medals and a solid run at grands but fell just short. The best part, though, was the night show where I did a demo of my creative form. I had a ton of support from the crowd and it was so fun.

Day 1 of Ozark Mountain Nationals and we are off to a good start. Grand Champion in CMX forms and weapons and 1st in Continuous Sparring.

First day of The U.S. Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championships is done! Three events today. A major goal was to finish top 5 and I did with my Traditional Weapons! Finished 6 and 7 in the others. It was a good day!
