šŸŠ You may see 2 oranges… but I see 2 patients.
One with an unhealed wound, the other completely healed.

Today I have the opportunity to demo our new debridement device with one of my podiatrists who just received theirs. It’s always exciting to see physicians invest in tools that elevate patient care and outcomes.

Every delivery isn’t just a drop-off—it’s an opportunity to build stronger relationships, share knowledge, and ultimately help patients heal.

Because at the end of the day, supporting physicians means better outcomes for patients.

Perspective is everything.

While sitting at Starbucks doing some quick research, I watched several people stop and check the garbage can on the corner, looking for whatever they could find. One man even poured old juice from one cup into another used cup with leftover latte — and drank it right there on the spot.

People around him looked disgusted.
But I saw something different.

I saw a man doing whatever it takes to survive. That was his only goal in that moment — survival.

It made me think:
If you’ve got a roof over your head, a steady income (even if it’s not your dream job), and the ability to keep pursuing your goals, you’re already ahead of so many people.

Gratitude and perspective go a long way.

So the next time you find yourself complaining about the simplest of things or not getting the results you want in life— ask yourself:

Are you doing whatever it takes?
Or are you just trying to get by?

🚫 Perfection is a trap.
āœ… Progress is a strategy.

You can spend weeks tweaking, editing, second-guessing — or you can ship the idea, make the call, send the message.

In life, done is better than perfect.
Because done gets feedback.
Done builds momentum.
Done opens doors.

Every ā€œimperfectā€ rep, pitch, or post gets you one step closer to mastery.

šŸ’” Progress over perfection. Every. Single. Time.

šŸš€ Exciting News!

I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially graduated from the Spine & Orthopedic Reconstruction and Trauma program at —and was honored to be awarded Class MVP! šŸŽ“

This journey has been nothing short of transformative. Over the past few months, I’ve been immersed in an intense and rewarding learning experience, gaining invaluable insights into the world of orthopedic and spine medical device sales.

But what makes this accomplishment even more special? The 19 incredible individuals I had the privilege to learn and grow alongside. Class 804 Rockstarsāļø are now part of my extended family and professional network, and I’m beyond grateful for the connections we’ve built.

As I take this next step in my career, I’m excited to apply my knowledge and skills to make a meaningful impact in the field. Lastly, I would like to send a huge thank you to Sarah E. Dickey, DPM, FACFAS, Leah Repsher, Thomas Lee, and bring it around town Joseph Paul Giordano for the countless hours of instruction and advice that have prepared us for this life changing industry.

Here’s to new challenges, endless growth, and making a difference!šŸ’Ŗ

šŸ”„Week 10 has been an incredible journey into the intricacies of spine surgery! šŸ”„

āļøRockstars 804āļø covered a wide array of spine surgical procedures, immersing ourselves in the finer details and techniques required for success. One of the highlights? Role-playing a mock TLIF (Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion) surgery, where every step required precision, focus, and teamwork.

Huge thank you to Joseph Paul Giordano for being an exceptional instructor who pushes us to raise the bar every week and holds us accountable. The experience has been both intense and immensely rewarding.

Here’s to embracing every challenge, learning continuously, and eventually supporting the surgeons and patients wherever we end up!
Let’s finish strongšŸ’Ŗ

Had a fantastic time playing in the 45th Annual Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation, Inc. Golf Classic this past weekend! Huge thanks to for the invite— first, wouldn’t have made it there without you. 2nd, I wouldn’t have had the chance to compete in the putting contest and bring home the win with a new iPadšŸ™ŒšŸ¤£

This event is truly one of a kind. The Youth Foundation, Inc. goes above and beyond for all the participants, with great games, entertainment, food, and an amazing post-tournament reception.

All of this helps to raise funds so that they can continue to educate and improve the next generation, using the golf course as a living classroom. Looking forward to next yearā›³ļøšŸ‘

šŸš‘ This Week’s Focus: Spine Pathology & ACDF Surgery! šŸš‘

Led by Joseph Paul Giordano, class 804 Rockstarsāļødelve into the details of Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF) – a minimally invasive procedure that can make a significant difference for patients dealing with herniated or degenerative discs in the cervical spine.

šŸ”¹ What’s involved? A small incision is made in the front of the neck, allowing precise access to the damaged discs, which are then removed to alleviate nerve pressure. Grafts are inserted to fill the space, and a plate is used to fuse the upper and lower vertebrae, providing stability and reducing pain.

šŸ”¹ Why it matters: ACDF offers relief with a shorter recovery time and can be performed on one or multiple levels of the cervical spine. This approach truly highlights the impact of innovative, patient-centered surgical techniques!

Excited to learn and explore more about these transformative procedures!
