🎄✨ DECEMBER COVER STORY ALERT, WEST CHESTER! ✨🎄

Hi friends! Liza here — your new Publisher for West Chester Neighbors Magazine — and I’m SO excited about this month’s magical cover feature!

Our December issue finally spotlights a local legend: Brent Schweitzer’s Christmas display, known far and wide as “The North Pole of Chadds Ford.”

Brent’s passion started at age 12, and after becoming a mechanical engineer, he bought his ranch home on Wedgewood Drive specifically because it was perfect for Christmas decorating — flat roof, big yard, and tons of visibility.

His display blends creativity + engineering with:
✨ Walkable paths
✨ Music throughout the property
✨ Buttons that activate displays
✨ Hand-built wooden photo ops
✨ And even a refinished 1940s sled where visitors can take pictures

It’s one of the few residential displays you can get out and walk through, and Brent’s neighbors support the magic every year.
