Hey Friends, I’m Robin from Cincinnati and I’ve been enjoying a Keto lifestyle since April 2018 that has resulted in 30 pounds of weight loss, a transformed mind, and a healthy body. You won’t believe how easy it is to maintain health. Finally! Do this with me. There’s no powder or potions. It’s simply making better choices at the grocery store. Your diet has everything to do with how you feel and look. C’mon, we can do this together. Keto since April 2018 5’6” SW (Starting Weight) 159 CW (Current Weight) 130 GW (Goal Weight) 126 I flux between 128-133 Intermittent Fasting/OMAD (one meal a day..stay with me, this is advanced) 4-5 days a week Healed a herniated disc and high blood pressure Healed chronic heartburn Improved overall health Became mentally strong Bought a bunch of cute size 2 jeans 😉 Look and feel SO much better

I did all of this without working out (although I do recommend working out just for health’s sake).
