Breaking: Trump Signs Executive Order to Fast-Track Cannabis Rescheduling

President Trump has signed an executive order directing the DOJ to expedite marijuana’s move from Schedule I to Schedule III — a potential game-changer for the cannabis industry. While it doesn’t federally legalize cannabis, the shift could eliminate burdensome 280E taxes, unlocking cash flow and attracting new investment.
But this isn’t a done deal. Republican lawmakers are already pushing back, warning the move threatens public health and safety.
The outcome could reshape everything from medical research to CBD access and h**p policy.

Named for the color strategically used throughout its interior, Indigo makes no apologies for a subtly New Age attitude that perfectly dovetails with the cannabis industry’s traditional values: education, compassion, and healing. At the same time, Indigo encourages consumers to imagine experiences and perspectives that go beyond the everyday.
