Clif Smart was selected as general counsel at Missouri State University in 2007 and became the university's president in 2012. Hall of fame officials pointed out that, under Smart’s leadership, MSU set new enrollment records, expanded its science and healthcare facilities and established its first doctoral programs. The MSU System includes local campuses in West Plains and Mtn. Grove. During his tenure, Smart was known for his dedication to the university's ROTC program.

There are so many German dishes to choose from, all seemingly rich in flavor and grounded with potatoes or sauerkraut. To start the exploration, I’ll begin with a little appetizer: These German pretzel muffins, paired with a cheese sauce, should do the trick.

In a probable cause statement submitted to prosecutors, Missouri State Highway Patrol Tpr. C.C. Battreal reported he arrived at the scene of the crash at about 1 a.m. Dec. 1 on Highway 142, east of EE Highway, and detected the strong odor of intoxicants coming from Powell’s breath.
