Tien Lynn Hawkins was arraigned today in the Adams County Court of Common Pleas on multiple felony charges related to the abuse and death of a young child and the abuse of two additional children.
Hawkins was present in the courtroom and was represented by Defense Attorney Amanda Burgess.
Charges include:
• Permitting Child Abuse (F1) resulting in death
• Murder (unclassified felony)
• Involuntary Manslaughter (F1)
• Endangering Children (F3) resulting in serious physical harm
• Additional counts involving two other children
Bond was set at $500,000. Family members of the defendant and the victims were in attendance.
The alleged crimes occurred between April 1 and July 2, 2025, in Adams County, Ohio.
Hawkins remains in custody pending further court proceedings.
