Yesterday at the Fearless Woman Summit was absolutely incredible ✨
The energy, the inspiration, the powerful women who showed up to rise together — it was everything I could have hoped for and more. 💪🌸

But if I’m being honest… my favorite part of the entire day wasn’t the stage, the speech, or even the amazing connections.

It was the moment my daughter ran across the room after I finished speaking, threw her arms around me, and said: “Mom, that was so good!” 🥹♥️

Not because it boosted my ego, but because I know I’m showing her — through action — what it means to:
🌟 Be bold
🌟 Take up space
🌟 Make powerful moves

There is always someone watching, and sometimes the most important audience in the room is right in front of you. ♥️

Big news! I’m bringing all of my Michelle Wilson intuitive work and ITHRIVE investing education into one vibrant, growing space. But that’s just the beginning…

This year, I’ve also started beekeeping, and I can’t wait to turn those adventures into educational, hands-on content for our community. 🐝

Abundantly Rooted is about exploring life in all its facets – from intuition and financial empowerment to, eventually, holistic health and naturopathic education. While I’m still learning myself in some areas, I’m so excited to share what’s coming next and create a space where we can grow, learn, and thrive together.

Natures way of saying “Come Home”

Sometimes the most powerful healing doesn’t come from doing more—but from simply being.
No agenda. No distractions. Just me, the trees, and the quiet reminder that I am part of something greater.

Forest bathing isn’t just good for the body—it’s a soul-level reset.

Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese wellness practice that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest immersion.” It originated in Japan in the 1980s as a response to rising stress levels and urban burnout.

It’s not about hiking or exercise—it’s about mindfully spending time in nature with all your senses engaged. You walk slowly, breathe deeply, observe, touch, listen, and just be in the natural world.

Benefits of Shinrin-yoku include:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Lower blood pressure and heart rate
• Improved immune function
• Boosted mood and mental clarity
• A deeper sense of connection to self and nature

It’s considered both a spiritual and holistic practice that helps you reconnect with your inner peace and the rhythms of the earth.

Healing isn’t linear. Some days, you feel like you’re moving forward, and then out of nowhere, a memory, a song, or even just a quiet moment brings it all rushing back. And suddenly, you’re feeling everything all over again.

If that happens, it doesn’t mean you’re weak. It doesn’t mean you’re not healing. It just means you’re human.

Grief, heartbreak, and healing are messy. There’s no timeline, no perfect way to move on—just taking it one day at a time, however that looks for you.

So if you find yourself breaking down when you thought you had it all under control, give yourself grace. You’re not failing. You’re healing. And that takes time.
