after a year and a bit *officially* in business, allow me to reintroduce myself —
like many on this app, i’m crazed by creativity and have been for as long as i can remember; if it was possible, i probably would have come out of the womb dancing, but professionally diving into the fine arts at 6 y/o was close enough. i grew up consistently + competitively dancing, singing, playing instruments, modelling, writing, acting etc… then life got busier and i indulged less in my hobbies, but became hungrier for an integrative entrepreneurial adventure by way of my artistic interests.
throughout my studies in psychology & marketing, i stayed close to creativity through the wedding industry from 2014 onwards, planning multiple events and glamming many faces. i eventually fell in love with all things social, creating content for fun, and later, for work. juggling my hustles above with everyday life got harder when i was forced to slow down for the first time because of my health, but couldn’t be happier that i did — i rediscovered what fuels my most authentic self and started Rucci Creative, a one-stop-shop for many things creative.
though i’ve had countless nicknames over the years, Rucci/Ruchi (like ‘Gucci’) is the one that’s stuck the most, ironically associated with beauty, good taste, and ‘finding delight in’ something.
my passion for people has always burned bright, and with a background in mental health & marketing and 6+ years of hands-on experience as a wedding planner, makeup artist, social media marketer, and content creator, i’m excited to showcase my love for storytelling and sentimental connection through multiple feel-good mediums.
