I've been working towards getting my real estate license the past few months. I've had the opportunity to use my marketing background to step into a role in the real estate world before officially becoming an "agent." 📚👩🏼🎓

We are so excited to officially welcome Bella Giovengo to Paull Associates! Bella brings an incredible background in marketing, with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications, along with a passion for social media marketing and event planning.
A proud member of Chi Omega at WVU and former Career & Personal Development Chair, Bella has always been driven to lead, inspire, and create meaningful connections. From her years at Linsly to her love for travel, supporting small businesses, Italian food, ice cream, and her Mini Bernedoodle Mazie — her personality shines in everything she does.
Bella has teamed up with Megan Mayo to help maximize our advertising efforts and elevate our presence for our agents and, most importantly, our loyal clients. Having known Lee Paull V since sixth grade and being part of the Paull family since 2018, Bella feels right at home here — and we’re lucky she’s chosen to bring her creativity into real estate.
