Last time the Lehigh Valley was at or above 100* was July 22 , 2011 . We will come quite close tomorrow .

Rain set to move in tomorrow morning between 6-8 , might be a short break in the action late morning but not to worry the rain will pick back up right around noon.
By mid afternoon rain will begin tapering off with on again off again showers .
Those showers will again become a steady rain overnight into Thursday morning.
By late morning Thursday the rain should for all arguments sake be done.
Total rain should top out near 1”.
Temps Wednesday and Thursday will be on either side of 50.
The weekend looks for the most part to be dry but still will remain unseasonably cool.
As of now Memorial Day looks very nice , no rain and temps near 70.

Strong line of storms advancing from west to east , currently in the Bloomsburg to Pine Grove areas. This strong line should dissipate some until it arrives . Timing should be between 10:30-11:00 .

Rain should be done for today , tomorrow if the area will see any storms it will be late morning .
Update tomorrow with the forecast for next week and into Memorial Day weekend , some of you just might be turning on the heat.

Early Memorial Day outlook -
An Upper level cut off low will bring unsettled weather with widespread storms.
Saturday and Sunday however look good.

Rain to continue at varying rates through the night and into tomorrow morning. Over night don’t be surprised by a few thunder boomers rolling through. Rain should cut off by 8 or 9 in the morning .
Forecast for the remainder of the week stands unchanged with scattered thunderstorms Thursday through Saturday. We won’t be in the clear until late Saturday at which point we will see a stretch of favorable weather until next Wednesday .

Rain overspreads the area Tuesday morning between 4-6 . Rain will continue all day Tuesday at varying rates . Expect right around .5” of rain .
There should be a break in the action pre dawn on Wednesday briefly before a round of heavy storms rolls through around 7 or 8 AM.
High temps won’t make it out the 60s Tuesday and struggle to make the 60s Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday will feature more scattered storms, both days will see temps rising into the mid 70s and dew points also rising .
By Sunday a cool front will pass through knocking those dew points back down .

After this current round of rain moves out it opens the door for a great weekend . Rain will be gone and out in the early morning hours tomorrow prior to sun up . Temps will fall into the mid and upper 40s across the region for early tomorrow . By Saturday afternoon temps will rebound to near 70. The clouds will lift and the sun will be shining !
Sunday morning temps should be right around 50 and warm up to right around 70 again. Another sun filled day for all the moms out there !
Looking to next week , seems like right now Tuesday and Wednesday we have another rain event . Monday however looks nice .
