Things that inspired me this week.
Color palettes in overdrive, from everyday moments to little luxuries, this week felt like a mood board come to life.
I’ve been completely taken with new color collection (seriously, I haven’t stopped thinking about it) the kind of bold, intentional tones that feel both fresh and timeless.

My stack of vibrant bandanas proved that color isn’t just an accessory, it’s the main character.

Art in closed galleries told stories louder than words, mixing texture with vulnerability, while my favorite charms caught the light like tiny, wearable masterpieces.

Proof that inspiration doesn’t just “strike”, it surrounds you. In the random department store run ins, the patterns you wear, the pieces you hang, and the treasures you carry. 🌈

If life has been busy lately, here’s how to get back to yourself ⬇️

❣️Pause and Reflect: take a moment to sit quietly and reflect on how you’ve been feeling. Acknowledge your emotions without judgment. Journaling can be a helpful tool to clarify your thoughts.

❣️Prioritize self care: Engage in activities that nourish your mind and body. This could include taking long baths, reading, meditating, or working out. Ensure you’re getting enough sleep and eating well also.

❣️Set boundaries: Evaluate your commitments and consider saying no to new obligations for a while. Protect your time and energy, allowing space for personal reflection and relaxation.

❣️Get back into hobbies: Revisit activities that bring you joy and fulfillment. Whether it’s painting, playing music, or cooking, immersing yourself in hobbies can reignite your passion and creativity.

❣️ Surround yourself with people that motivate you: Connect with friends or loved ones who uplift you. Sharing your feelings and experiences with someone you trust can provide support and perspective, helping you feel more like yourself again.

It’s important as mothers, entrepreneurs and busy women that we take time to focus on ourselves. Pour back into you, take a few minutes to get back to self and focus back on your healthy habits ❤️ You got this!

Failure IS an option and here’s why ⬇️

🤘🏻when you fail, you learn how to do it better next time.
🤘🏻it makes you stronger and more resilient.
🤘🏻 you have the chance to know and be grateful for success.

I have failed ALOT. I am grateful for that because now, I know more than I did.

It’s given me a platform and a chance to do better in life and business 🩷

If you too have failed in business then, hi, it’s nice to meet you. I coined the name the “Failed Business Babe” because I have done just that, and come back from it.

Now I’m OBSESSED with doing it right and empowering other women to do the same by styling their life and habits so they match 💪🏻

Because mine didn’t, so IT didn’t.

Failure is not a bad thing, but an opportunity to be better. And THAT my friend is the goal.

Better life, better business, better you 🫶🏻
