They say that a hard part of filmmaking is working with kids and animals. We've done both over the past few weeks. The kids were great other than one of them trying to sneak in a 6-7. The animals not so much. One dog marked his territory on our tripod, another dog kept making noises during filming, and the hippo couldn't get her blocking correct.
