Thankful. Grateful. Truly Blessed.
As I sit here thinking about this season, my heart keeps circling back to one thing… gratitude.
I’m grateful for my family the people who have shaped me, stretched me, supported me, and loved me through every chapter. My husband of 39 years, my two beautiful daughters, and my sweet grandbabies… they are my greatest joy and the reason I keep showing up every single day. And of course, Chloe, who reminds me to slow down and enjoy the simple moments.
I’m grateful for the experiences God has carried me through the hard ones, the healing ones, and the holy ones.Forty years of nursing, twenty-plus in hospice… those years changed me. They taught me how precious time is, how deeply people need compassion, and how beautiful it is to serve others with love.
I’m grateful for this season this chapter of helping women 50+ rediscover confidence, embrace self-care, and build legacies that matter. For the chance to pour into caregivers who are giving so much of themselves. For the opportunity to create spaces where women can feel seen, supported, and strengthened.
This year has reminded me of the power of community, the importance of faith, and the blessing of being able to make an impact, one woman, one family, one legacy at a time.
So today, I’m thankful for all of it —the past that shaped me, the present that is growing me, and the future God is still writing.
If you’re reading this, I’m grateful for you too.Wishing you and your family a warm, peaceful, love-filled Thanksgiving.
