This years carrot harvest! Super happy with them and hoping they last us nearly a year! Most will be chopped, blanched and frozen for quick meals throughout the year, but some will go in bags in the fridge and will stay fresh for months😍🥕. Thankful 🙌

The garden is looking great so far 🙏. In the ground we have year two asparagus, determinate tomatoes just planted, onions, broccoli and potatoes thriving🙌. Then in the raised beds, we have spinach and sugar snap peas going strong. Baby carrots coming in. Radishes were harvested this week. Indeterminate tomatoes planted on the arch trellis. Strawberries trickling in. A variety of herbs. Arugula and some baby greens, among a few other things😍. Going to get some more warm weather things planted later this week!! Praying for a great harvest this year 🙏
