I am happy to announce that the winner of the random drawing is Maleeez, who attends Childtime Learning Center in Mechanicsville, Virginia. I will be setting up the school visit for the spring. This is to officially announce the arrival of THE STORY OF ZO. It is the story of a modern fairy tale princess who lives on the top floor of a high-rise in a large city. What makes Zo unusual, however, is that she is a fairytale princess without a fairytale. In this amusing story, Zo takes matters into her own hands and goes out in search of her fairytale. The results are humorous and unexpected.

The young and talented Clinton Poy, brings THE STORY OF ZO to life with his joyful illustrations. His father, an old colleague and friend of mine from the days I worked in a bank in New York City, introduced me to Clint when I was in search of an illustrator.

Sylvia Rosa-Casanova, author of MAMA PROVI AND THE POT OF RICE, will release her second, illustrated children's book in late fall 2013. THE STORY OF ZO, a modern day fairy tale with a twist, is written for children ages 5-8. Ms. Rosa-Casanova, along with illustrator Clinton Poy joined forces to create a joyous book. Fun to read and filled with gorgeous illustrations, THE STORY OF ZO is a lovely addition to any child’s library of books.
