There is no greater honor than that of one who gets to raise a child. To all the fathers out there, we salute you today and we thank you for all of the hidden sacrifices you make on a daily basis. I see you! This is your weekend and we’ve made an ABSURD amount of Dino beef ribs. Creamy Lemonade Recipes 😊

(1) Frozen Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients
For the Base
* 1 cup Lemon Juice Fresh or lemon extract works.
* to taste Sweetener Agave syrup, honey, or granulated sugar.
* 1 cup Coconut Milk Chilled for smoother blend.

For the Slush Texture
* 3 cups Ice Essential for slushy texture.

Instructions

1. Gather all ingredients needed for the Frozen Coconut Lemonade.
2. In a blender, combine lemon juice, sweetener, and coconut milk. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
3. Add ice to the blender and blend on high until slushy consistency is achieved.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness and texture as desired.
5. Serve immediately in glasses, garnish with lemon slices or mint.

(2) Condensed Milk Lemonade

Ingredients
* 4-5 Fresh Lemons Juiced, seeds removed
* ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
* 4 cups Cold Water
* Ice Cubes For blending and serving
* Mint Leaves Optional garnish
* 1-2 tablespoons Sugar Optional, to adjust sweetnes

Instructions
1. Wash, roll, and cut lemons; remove seeds.
2. Squeeze lemons; strain juice if needed.
3. Blend lemon juice, condensed milk, 1 cup water, and ice until frothy.
4. Pour into pitcher; add remaining water and stir.
5. Chill for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice with mint garnish.

(3) Frosted Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
* 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened slightly)
* Optional: lemon slices, lemon zest, whipped cream, or a cherry

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add lemonade to your blender first for even mixing.
2. Add the vanilla ice cream on top.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Use ‘ice cream’ setting or blend low 15 seconds, then medium 30 seconds.
4. Pour into a glass and garnish as desired.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

(4) Whipped Lemonade

Ingredients
* 1/2 cup (120ml) fresh lemon juice (about 3–4lemons)
* 1/2 cup (120ml) sweetened condensed milk
* 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy whipping cream
* 1 cup (240ml) cold water
* 2 cups (about 250g) ice cubes
* 1 to 2 tablespoons (12-24g) granulated sugar, optional
* 1 teaspoon lemon zest, optional
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

Instructions
1. Juice enough lemons to get about 1/2 cup (120ml) of fresh juice. Zest one lemon for extra zing, if desired.
2. Measure out all ingredients before starting.
3. Add to blender: lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, cold water, ice cubes, sugar (if using), lemon zest, and vanilla extract (if using).
4. Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until creamy, frothy, and the ice is completely crushed.
5. Taste and adjust: Add more sugar or condensed milk for sweetness, more water or ice to adjust thickness, and blend again if needed.
6. Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with a lemon wheel, extra zest, whipped cream, or mint if desired.
7. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.
