Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at : Greater Philadelphia’s Tech It Out event! During this talk, I broke down the fast-evolving legal landscape around generative AI: who actually owns AI-assisted work, what happens to trade secrets and privileged information once they enter a GenAI system, and how companies are unknowingly stepping into legal landmines when AI enters the hiring process.

It was a fantastic event, thank you WICT for having me!

I also covered the three competing interests driving these negotiations: labor, the MTA, and the public and why any resolution has to balance all three.

Watch the full video to know what you *may* be responsible for!
