Where did August go? 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was a busy month for my family as we prepared for back to school, traveled for baseball and I helped my clients with those early 2026 vacations. Here are some of the things I've been working on this month:

• A multi-generational Disney Cruise Line vacation with a pre-cruise stay at Walt Disney World Resort
• A group trip to Scotland
• A 50th birthday celebration to Disneyland Resort
• A spring break trip to Sedona, Arizona

Do you have a long flight coming up? It's so important to move and walk often, even if you're sitting in the window seat! Here are some ways to make sure to keep moving on the plane:

• You can also stretch in your seat
• Make trips to the bathroom to freshen up
• Stand in the back of the plane and stretch
• Walk up and down the aisle
• Book an aisle seat so you can stretch your legs if the aisle is clear
