This year’s harvest is a beautiful light, early-spring honey with a delicate flavor and atoma profile that captures the best of the season. Bottling is complete, and now it’s time to add the labels.

The results of our honey analyses are in! 🍯🐝 It looks like our bees have been busy foraging mostly on local apple blossoms, though each batch still shows its own unique blend of nectar sources. 🌸🌼 Year-to-year differences are expected, and since we don’t target specific nectar flows, our spring honey simply reflects the natural progression of blooms from late winter through Father’s Day. An authentic taste of the season!

We’re excited to share that we’ll be selling our raw local honey at the Wi******er Valley Health Community Yard Sale! This special event not only brings neighbors together, but also supports the Wi******er Rescue Mission.

📍 Where: Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center Parking Lot, 401 Campus Blvd, Wi******er, VA
📅 When: Saturday August 30, 2025 (8am - Noon)

There will be live music by Farren Winter, Food Trucks and a Dunk Tank.
