🌈 PRIDE MONTH is a time of celebration and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community, aiming to promote acceptance, equality, and visibility.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office, Florida has taken a proactive step in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals through the implementation of the Safe Place Program 🏳️‍🌈🤝.

This initiative involves partnering with local businesses and organizations to designate them as safe spaces where LGBTQ+ individuals can seek refuge or assistance if they feel unsafe or threatened.

By participating in the Safe Place Program, the Orange County Sheriff's Department is actively working to create a safer and more inclusive environment for all residents.

Meet Tiffany Moore Russell, a proud Horizon West resident with deep roots and strong ties to our community. She’s currently serving as Orange County Clerk of Courts and is stepping up to run for Orange County Mayor to make an even bigger impact.

This is a pivotal moment for our community to stay informed and engaged in the local election process. Regardless of who is running, it’s important for residents to understand the candidates and issues that shape Horizon West’s future. Being an informed and empowered resident is key to building a stronger, more connected Horizon West.
